Carl Greaves said that this Saturday’s (September 14) action packed fight card at Grantham will provide the boxing punters with some great entertainment including an area title bout.
He said: “We have seven fights in total and Newark’s Tom Cowling will feature as he looks to remain undefeated against a tough Troy Coleman.”
The fights will take place at the Grantham Mere Leisure Centre with the doors opening at 6pm.
Tickets are still available on the door although all of the ringside tables have been sold out.

“It is a prestigious belt, it has been held over the years by some very good fighters,” said Greaves.
“Troy has fought all over the world in places from Australia and Thailand at Championship level.
“He has a huge amount of experience and it will be a difficult fight.
“It is a really good chance for Tom and he has trained beautifully, probably the best I have ever seen him train to be honest.
“He really has just put his head down and gone for it.
“I don’t think Tom has yet shown his full potential and there is a lot more to come from him.
“If he wins this fight, we will be hoping he moves onto other opportunities including potentially challenging for English, British, Commonwealth and European titles.
“Troy will be coming to fight though and he will give it everything he has against Tom.”
Former British, Commonwealth and WBO Global title holder Callum Johnson will also be on the bill.
“Having someone like Callum Johnson on this show is massive,” added Greaves.
“He has been a former world title challenger and has held many titles.
“He is now up at cruiser weight.
“He is a great name to have on the show.”
“Jade Grierson from Suggy’s is on the bill, she is fighting a good opponent.

“It will be a big step up for Jade as she takes on tough Lithuanian Vaida Masiokaite.
“I have full respect to Jade for taking this fight.
“It is fantastic to have her on the card, her fans will only have to travel down the road to see her in action.
“Tom Pogson from Boston will be on the card to, he is undefeated, he was an elite amateur and shows great promise.
“Unbeaten Shaydon Walmsey from Grimsby, Harvey Elding and Jamie Behan from Lincoln — both undefeated will both be fighting on the night.”
